Works best with 20–200 people split into teams of 4–8. Need help sizing? Email us before race day.

Refund & cancellation

Pay once per event to unlock the lobby. Cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled start for a full refund — email us with your game link. No refund after the race begins.

Trust & safety

Corporate buyers need to know how participant data is handled, how locations are vetted, and what safeguards apply before teams head out.

  • Location data

    GPS is used only during the race to show your position on the map and to the live host dashboard. We do not sell location data. Race photos stay with your event until you share the recap link.

  • Challenge locations

    Challenges are placed at real public points of interest near your event centre. AI-generated tasks are checked for public-space access, safety, and variety before you review them.

  • You stay in control

    Edit, regenerate, or remove any challenge before opening the lobby. Approve the final deck so teams only see tasks you have signed off on.

  • Content guardrails

    Generated challenges avoid private-venue entry, unsafe activities, and repetitive photo-only sets. Tasks that fail checks are rewritten or regenerated server-side before they reach you.
